A freshly pressed juice is one of my favourite things. Here are some of my favourite homemade juice recipes.
Years ago I bought a juicer with the intentions of using it regularly and to be honest I used it around 3 or 4 times before it sadly found its home at the back of the cupboard.
But recently I have found my love again for my juicer and have used it so many times. It certainly does not live in the back of the cupboard anymore.
Juicing has so many health benefits when used correctly. I use my juicer in the morning as a way to get a lot of fruits and veggies in during the morning.
I use the juicer by AI COOK and I would highly recommend as I have had no problems with it and it makes a lovely cold pressed juice,
I have shared below my 5 day juices that I love. FYI I like my juices citrusy and spicy so if the spice element does not appeal to you simply remove the ginger and your juice will still be simply delicious!
If you are new to juicing here are my tips for getting started:
-Add a lot of fruits that you like- if you aren’t ready to add vegetables making a simple fruit juice is perfect for beginners.
-Quite a simple tip but always remember to remove ant rind or peel off your fruit as it will not mix through your juicer and can block it!
-If you are adding any leafy greens to your juice like kale or spinach etc, always remember to remove the stalk before juicing as this can also block your juicer.
