Since the lockdown last year I have got into cooking a lot more. In my house it has seemed Tuesday has became the day where the kitchen is fully in my hands and I love it!
Each Tuesday I spend my afternoons trying to master variations of my own spaghetti bolognese. It has allowed me to digitally detox after spending hours on my laptop for my studies. It is nice to take time out of the digital sphere and spend time on my new love… cooking.
One of my favourite dishes I have made was an ‘Asian Tapas’ and this solidified my love for cooking. I love the escapism cooking gives you and the love my family have expressed for what I have made.
