talking beauty…

these products are must haves in my beauty routine and have become staples in my makeup bag.

looking far from ordinary using the ordinary…

starting with the ordinary serum foundation, this foundation has a natural glowy finish but can be built up for a higher coverage if needed.

I often pair the ordinary foundation with the body shop fresh nude foundation as the two paired together leave a dewy look to the skin whilst still giving a light to medium coverage.

I use the shade 2.0 for the ordinary serum foundation & Kyoto blossom in the body shop fresh nude foundation.

feeling peachy with peaches & cream

after following peaches and cream on their ever so popular Instagram account were, they flaunt their fabulous makeup looks.

I recently purchased some of their makeup as when I was younger, I used their eyeshadow pigments in the shades ‘ fox’ & ‘secret’.

the contour powder creates a natural contour whilst giving the skin a lovely hint of shimmer, so this can be used instead of a highlighter too.

I purchased the lip gloss and lip liner as part of a deal for £10. The lip gloss has the perfect shine and can be worn with or without the accompanying liner. However, the two paired together complement each other extremely well.

I use the shade ‘light/medium’ in the contour powder, the shade ‘bambi’ in the lipgloss & the shade ‘feline’ in the lipliner.

glowy skin in the sun with the body shop

I have loved The Body Shop’s products for years now especially the shea butter body butter ( it smells incredible).

This is a special mention as it is the perfect time of year to discuss sun protection, ( even though you should wear it every day!)

The Body Shop’s glow protect lotion which is part of their vitamin c range is the perfect facial spf as for someone with combination skin I have always struggled to find a facial moisturiser that isn’t greasy, and this is it.

The Body Shop glow protect is perfect for your non-greasy answer to spf moisturiser.

I would highly recommend it.
