Talking turtlenecks

Turtlenecks are timeless and a style of top that I spend the majority of my life in. Here are some I love for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season!

As anyone who knows me knows I live in turtlenecks for 90% of my life. I have so many turtlenecks in so many different colours and styles. However, this being said I do wear primarily black turtlenecks but lately I have found more short sleeved high neck tops that I have loved for summer!

I find turtlenecks extremely versatile and can look effortless and chic when paired with the right outfit.

I have found some turtlenecks that I love for the upcoming autumn and winter season. Below are some of my favourite turtlenecks and how to wear them from day to night.

Vero Moda jumper with a high neck:

This beautiful basic grey high neck jumper is a prime example of a cosy autumn knit! For the day I would pair this with any style of jeans and converse or even ankle boots!

However, to take it into the evening I would pair with leather/leather-look trousers and snakeskin boots.

Object THESS TURTLENECK STRIPED:

If you want to embrace your inner french girl style like me, then this is perfect for for a everyday classic outfit.

I would pair these with skinny jeans and stan smith style trainers or flat ankle boots. For the evening I would tuck this into paperbag style trousers and chunky black boots or even boots or a heel with a pop of colour!

Nike ribbed high neck crop with long sleeve

When you think of Nike you think of just sports/gym wear not chic turtlenecks right? Well I found this and I love it!

Considering Nike create mostly sportswear I am so happy I found this top. It is chic and timeless and would look perfect in the day or night. In the day I would keep it casual and comfy with jeans and trainers and in the evening I would pair it with black trousers and strappy heels in any colour to make it POP!

Monki Royal print mesh with a high neck

Mesh turtlenecks can look for elegant for everyday wear but can be vamped up for the evening using the right accessories!

This stand out piece from Monki with a royal print looks great with a black bralette peeking through. again, leather trousers look great with this mesh turtleneck. (Can you tell I like leather trousers?) Even more wider legged trousers would look great as the top is tighter and the bottoms are more open!
